Ajwain drinks


Trachyspermum copticum, commonly known as ajwain, ajowan caraway, carom seeds. Ajwain seed are tiny, it looks like miniature cumin seeds and has similar aroma, yet very strongly flavored.

Although primarily grown and used in the Indian subcontinent, is also found in Iran, Egypt and Afghanistan.
