Raspberry leaf tea for pregnant women

Raspberry leaf tea is one of the most common tonics used by pregnant women.

The tea is flavorful and is a delicious alternative for pregnant women who are missing black tea, as the flavor of raspberry leaf tea is reminiscent of a caffeinated tea and it goes quite well with milk and honey.

The principal from the leaves are tannins and flavonoids. Raspberry leaf tea has been used for diarrhea and as mouthwash because of its astringent properties.
