Calendula (Calendula officinalis) tea health benefits

Calendula or pot marigold is grown in gardens around the world but is native to the Mediterranean countries.

Calendula has anti0iflamaotry properties, relieves muscle spans, prevents hemorrhages, is astringent, antiseptic, helps to heal wounds, regulates menstruation, aids gastric disturbances, colitis and fevers and infections.
